To keep everyone safe we ask that anyone who has a face-to-face appointment with us completes the following risk assessment prior to their assessment or therapy session.
Due to the risk of COVID-19 we can only have one parent accompany children to their sessions. Currently the waiting room at the clinic is only able to be used for waiting for an appointment and can’t be used to wait whilst your child is in an appointment. Any adult or young person in the building will be required to wear a mask (unless they are exempt) and socially distance, as per the clinic policy.
Known COVID-19 symptoms include – fever, dry cough, tiredness, aches and pains, sore throat, diarrhoea, conjunctivitis, headache, loss of taste or smell, a rash on skin, or discolouration of fingers or toes, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, chest pain or pressure, loss of speech or movement (World Health Organisation).
