Payment of Fees
You don’t need to do anything regarding the fees, Dr Catherine Lawrence will invoice the relevant department for all fees for appointments on a monthly basis.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or change a session.
Where there is less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you fail to attend your appointment (DNA), the full fee for that session will be incurred and will be taken from the approved ASGSF/Children’s Services monies.
We will endeavour to give you as much advance notice as possible for holidays or of any need to cancel a future appointment.
Autism & ADHD Assessment and Diagnosis
Our autism assessment process follows the latest National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) Clinical Guidelines for assessing autism spectrum disorder in under 19s and in adults. Our ADHD assessment process follows the latest NICE Clinical Guidelines for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder: diagnosis and management.
We use the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) to diagnose an autism spectrum disorder (ASD)/autism and ADHD.
Having an assessment for autism or ADHD does not always lead to a diagnosis.
Unexpected Unavailability of Therapist
If your work is interrupted due to your therapist having unexpected long term unavailability, either Dr Lawrence or another Clinical Psychologist, will be in touch with you to let you know so you can contact your Social Worker and discuss finding another provider.

We do not consent to you letting anyone else listen in to any part of the online session (via phone or any other technical device or in person) without prior agreement with us.
