Where are we?

Holly Grange

We are based in a lovely Victorian building in the countryside on the borders of Warwickshire and the West Midlands called Holly Grange. Our address is Holly Grange, Holly Lane, Balsall Common, CV7 7EB.

We share Holly Grange with other services including Young Drivers so you may see their busses, fire engines and cars parked in the car park.

We are really proud of the child friendly space that we have created at Holly Grange. Our clients comment on the comforting and calming “feel” of it.

Our room is spacious enabling the children we work with to have the space they need to move their bodies as they need to.

We have 4 windows letting in natural light and as we’re on the top floor it can feel like we’re in the tree canopy.

We have a “donkey window” where our clients can see the resident miniature donkeys, ponies and sheep that we share Holly Grange with. If children or young people struggle to come into our room then we can ease them into the environment by seeing if the donkeys are home (they also work and can be on walks, at special schools or care homes), or in the summer months we might be able to have sessions outside in the grounds.

We love being so close to nature and working from Holly Grange and hope that you and your child like coming here too.
